摘要
发酵工程实验是以操作为主的训练学生专业技能的课程.根据重庆文理学院现有实验条件和实际情况,结合生物技术专业教学计划,对发酵工程实验内容进行系统安排,并实施"主动式"课堂教学模式的改革,以及课程成绩评价方式的改进.实践证明,改革后的实验教学激发了学生学习热情,有效提高了教学效果.
Fermentation engineering experiment is an important curriculum to train the professional skills of students mainly through operation.According to the existing school experimental conditions and the actual situation,the system experiment content was set up,and the "active" teaching mode was implemented in classroom;moreover,the assessment of the experiment score was reformed.It proved that the new teaching pattern increased the study interest of students and inspired their initiative;therefore,the teaching effect was improved greatly
