摘要
径向游隙是滚动轴承配合的一个重要技术参数。考虑到安装配合、工作状态等工况条件,导出径向游隙计算公式,用径向游隙代替最小油膜厚度,通过寿命修正系数进行滚动轴承修正额定寿命计算,并用例题说明计算过程,从另一个角度为分析转子-轴承系统性能提供帮助。
The radial clearance is a very important technique parameters of rolling bearing fitting. Considering the instal- lation fitting,working conditions, etc,the calculation formula of radial clearance was derived. Replacing minimum oil film thickness with radial clearance, the rolling bearings adjusted rating life was calculated using the adjusted rating life coeffi- cient. An example was given to illustrate the computational procedure,which provides a help for rotor-beating system per- formance analysis from another angle.
