摘要
随着铁路事业的不断进步与快速发展,机车的运行速度在不断提高。轴承作为机车车辆的传动系统,对轴承的性能要求也日渐提高。为此,有大量学者对轴承的可靠性展开了研究,即对轴承的寿命进行预测。基于此,笔者分析回顾了轴承寿命数值计算方法、试验方法以及理论结合试验的方法等研究成果,仅供参考。
With the continuous progress and rapid development of railway industry,the running speed of locomotive is constantly improving.As the transmission system of locomotive and vehicle,the performance requirements of bearing are also increasing.Therefore,a large number of scholars have studied the reliability of bearings,that is,to predict the life of bearings.Based on this,the author summarizes and reviews the research results of bearing life numerical calculation method,test method and theory combined with test method for reference only.
