摘要
介绍了风机集流器弧段压型、组焊的工艺方法。实际应用表明 ,应用该方法加工的集流器能够达到设计要求和质量标准 ,能够保证安装配合的要求 ,并降低了成本 。
The method of segmental arc pressing and combinational weld technology of fan collector is introduced. The practical application shows that the collector machined by this method can meet the requirement of design and quality standard, ensure the requirement of mounting fit, reduced the cost and shorted the production period.
