摘要
信息时代图书馆服务方式与内容发生了重大转变,员工的服务水平亟待提高,能力建设的开展尤为紧迫和必要。旨在通过能力建设造就符合发展图书馆事业需要的各种适合人才,将员工的聪明才智充分发挥到实际的服务工作中。
Patterns and contents of libraries have got grave changes in the information era, therefore it is necessary to enhance the librarians＇ service level and construct service team. It is essential to develop all kinds of talents who can meet needs of the librarianship management that the ingenuity of the staff is given full play to the actual service work.
