摘要
孔子的政治与文化哲学理路是"道",即"秩序"。孔子学说的根本特点,在于以文化关系为本来规范政治关系。具体而言,就是以具有先天属性、第一性的父子关系来类推、规范具有后天属性、第二性的君臣关系。这实质上赋予了君臣关系以父子关系的伦理属性,从根本上稳定了传统的君王政治体制,实现了孔子之"道"。近现代以来,随着君主制度的消失,儒家文化的政治文化伦理不再符合时代要求,因此,儒家文化的现代转型,关键在于祛除其与君王政治体制相关的各种文化伦理。而儒家其他方面的文化规范,至今仍具重要价值。
The philosophy of Confucian politics and culture is "Tao", which really means "Order". The key feature of Confucianism is having constructed the traditional political order on basis of ethics, which was started by the fact that Confucius had applied the ethical relationship between the father and the son that is given by birth into the working relationship between the king and the officials. As Chinese culture is itself very much based up ethics, the construction of ethical relationship between the king and his officials and people fundamentally stabilized the tra- ditional political order in China, hence the realization of Confucius~ "Tao". Since the modern age has witnessed the disappearance of monarchy in China, the traditional Confucian ethical relationship in the political system should be removed, which is the key for modernizing Confucianism as well as traditional Chinese culture. At the same time, it should be noted that Confucianism can still play an important role in the field apart from that of polities in the modern age.
