摘要
春秋时期,礼崩乐坏,天下大乱。孔子希望通过复礼、行仁、克己,构建"天下有道"的理想社会,并毕生为实现这一理想社会而努力。"天下有道"思想,主张"礼乐征伐自天子出""君君臣臣、父父子子"。这种主张,对古代社会中突出最高权威、强调秩序与规范等思想与实践,产生了深刻的影响。对当今构建有序社会也有一定的借鉴意义,但由"君君臣臣"而催化的百姓"臣民"心态,以及"礼乐征伐自天子出"导致的人治观念则不可取。
The Spring and Autumn Period sees the collapse of rituals accompanied with a social turmoil. Confucius attempts to reconstruct a moral society through self-restriction, etiquette and benevolence, claiming that rituals and warfare should be decided by the ruler, and that everyone should abide by the superior authority, social order and norms. This paper discusses both positive and negative viewpoints of his arguments.
