摘要
目的 :建立用反相高效液相色谱法测定人参及其注射剂中人参皂苷Rg1含量。方法 :用复合柱吸附层析法除去注射剂中干扰物质。采用LUNAC18色谱柱 ,乙腈 -水 - 0 1%磷酸溶液 (2 0∶40∶40 )为流动相 ,流速1 2mL·min-1,2 0 3nm为检测波长 ,柱温 35℃ ,对人参及其注射剂进行含量测定。结果 :人参皂苷Rg1的峰面积与其浓度线性关系良好 (r=0 9992 ) ;样品平均回收率为 98 8% ;精密度 RSD 为 0 6 5 % (n =5 )。结论 :该法简便、快速、专属性强 。
Objective:To establish a method using RP-HPLC for determination of the ginsenoside Rg1 in Panax ginseng G.A.Meyer and Shenfu injection.Method:It can be separated the ginsenoside and its primary impurity materials by compound chromatography column.The HPLC system consisted of LUNA C 18 column (150 mm×4 6 mm,5 μm),acetonitrile-water-0 1% phosphoric acid (20∶40∶40) mixture as mobile phase,with detection at 203 nm,flow rate 1 2 mL·min -1 and column temperature at 35 ℃.Results:The calibration curve was linear (r=0 999 2), the mean recovery was 98 8%, the precision RSD was 0 65%(n=5).Conclusion:This method is simple,quick and specific, suitable for the quality control of the drug and its preparation.
