摘要
目的 :制订气血康口服液 (无糖型 ) (三七、人参、葛根等 )的质量标准。方法 :用TLC法鉴别人参、三七、葛根 ,用HPLC ELSD法测定三七皂苷R1含量。结果 :在TLC色谱中能检出人参皂苷Rg1、葛根 ,在HPLC ELSD测定三七皂苷R1在 1.6 6 4～ 16 .6 4 μg范围内呈良好的线形关系 (r =0 .9997) ,平均回收率 10 0 .9% ,RSD为 2 .5 %。 结论 :定性定量方法简便准确 ,能有效地控制气血康口服液 (无糖型 )的质量。
AIM: To establish the quality standards for Qixuekang Oral Liquid (sugar-free) (Radix Notoginseng, Radix Ginseng, Radix Puerariae, etc). METHODS: Radix Ginseng, Radix Notoginseng, Radix Puerariae were indentified by TLC. The content of notoginsenoside R 1 in Qixuekang Oral Liquid was determined by HPLC-ELSD. RESULTS: Ginsenoside Rg 1, Radix Puerariae could be detected by TLC. Notoginsenoside R 1 showed good liner relationship in the range of 1.664～16.64μg(r=0.9997). The average recovery was 100.9% with RSD of 2.5%. CONCLUSION: The method is simple and accurate with a strong specificity and can be used for the quality control of Qixuekang Oral Liquid (sugar-free).
