摘要
测定肺心夏治胶囊中人参皂苷Rb1的含量.方法:ODS为固定相,乙腈—水(30:70)为流动相,柱温40℃,检测波长为203nm.结果:平均回收率为99.59%,RSD=1.25%.结论:方法简便、重现性好,可以作为控制该制剂质量标准的有效方法.
Objective TO establish a method for determination ginsengnoside RbI in Feixinxiazhi capsules by HPLC. Methods. ODS as stationary, acetonitrile- H2O（30-70） as mobile phase, the wavelength of detection was 203nm. Resuhscon. The average recovery was 99.59% and RSD 1.25%. Conclusions：qhis method is simple, accurate for Quantitative an alysis of the preparation.
