摘要
基于全国31个省、市、区两型农业科技创新现状的数据,运用因子分析法,在构建了完整的两型农业科技创新测度与评价指标体系的基础上,划分华北、华中、西南、西北、华东、东北6大区域,对其两型农业科技创新资源系统、制度环境系统、运行系统、产出能力系统、资源节约系统与环境友好系统等6个系统进行了71个指标的计量分析,并得出结论以指导全国区域性两型农业科技创新建设。
Based on the data of the country's 31 provinces, cities, districts' status quo of agricultural technological innova- tion, using factor analysis, on the basis of the construction of the complete two types of agricultural science and technology measurement and evaluation system, China was divided into northern, central, southwest, the central south, east, northeast. For two types of agricultural scientific and technological innovation resources system, the system of environmental systems, running system, the output capacity of the system, resource-saving systems and environmentally friendly systems, the mea- surement of the 71 indicators were analyzed, and the recommendations to guide the nationwide regional two-types of agricul- tural scientific and technological innovation construction were concluded.
