摘要
响应面法(Response Surface Methodology,RSM)是利用合理的试验设计方案,采用多元二次回归方程拟合各因素与响应值之间的函数关系,通过对回归方程的分析优化工艺参数,预测响应值的一种统计方法.本文简要介绍响应面法的几种常用设计方案和软件,并对其在药学领域中的应用进行综述.
Response Surface Methodology is a statistical method with optimization of process parameters by analysis of the regression equation.It makes use of reasonable trial design and functional relationship between the multivariate regression equation fitting each factor and response values.Several kinds of common design programs and software of Response Surface Methodology were presented and the applications in the pharmaceutical field are summarized.
