摘要
实验室设备是检测实验室的物质基础,是不可缺少的硬件。实验室认可和资质认定考核均高度重视实验室设备管理工作,并把它作为考核的重点项目之一。在日常工作中如何能对设备管理绩效进行评价,从而发现管理过程中存在的问题和制约发展的主要影响因素,是当前实验室管理亟需解决的问题。本文利用模糊层次分析法建立设备绩效考核量化评估模型,为定量评估实验室设备管理绩效进行研究。
Laboratory equipment is the material basis and necessary hardware of the laboratory. The management of equipment performance is thus highly regarded in the approval and acknowledgement of a laboratory. How to routinely evaluate the management of laboratory equipment performance, to locate problems in the management process, as-well as to identify possible limitations that would impede the improvement are solved by the laboratory of our institute. This paper describes a model that uses a fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to effectively and efficiently evaluate the management of laboratory equipment performance.
