摘要 响应社会防控疫情趋势,在核酸采集日益普遍化的背景前提下,对核酸采集现场服务机器人进行研究及设计。通过SET模型进行产品设计必要性分析,通过KJ模型调研并整理划分用户需求三级关键词,通过FAHP模型对用户需求进行量化处理和权重排序,通过QFD质量屋模型进行用户需求与产品功能结构转化,并对具体结构进行权重排序。最终依据需求与结构权重排序设计一款针对核酸采集现场使用的服务机器人。整体上是通过用户需求与痛点的不断分级、量化、计算权重、转化功能、排序重要度的方式进行研究设计,切实解决用户痛点、满足用户需求、紧跟发展趋势、可实现性较强的核酸采集现场服务机器人设计。 In response to the trend of epidemic prevention and control in society,the nucleic acid collection field service robot was studied and designed under the background of nucleic acid collection becoming more and more common.The necessity of product design was analyzed by SET model.Through KJ model research and classification of user demand three key words.The FAHP model is used to quantify and prioritize user needs.The QFD House of Quality model was used to transform user requirements and product functional structure,and the weight ranking of the specific structure was carried out.Finally,a service robot for nucleic acid collection site was designed according to the order of demand and structure weight.On the whole,the design of nucleic acid collection field service robot is carried out by means of continuous classification,quantification,weight calculation,transformation function and ranking importance of users’needs and pain points,so as to effectively solve users’pain points,meet users’needs,follow the development trend and have strong realizability.
