摘要
本文基于创业过程理论模型,探索了机会要素、资源要素和团队要素通过影响企业内创业进而促进企业创新绩效提升的作用过程。利用220个企业样本的问卷调查数据进行实证检验。研究发现:企业内创业对创新绩效具有积极影响;吸收能力、冗余资源和组织创新氛围能够通过激发企业内创业活动进而影响创新绩效。指出了激发企业内创业提升创新绩效的三个关键路径,即增强企业吸收能力、合理利用冗余资源以及营造良好的组织创新氛围。
Based on the theoretical model of entrepreneurial process,this paper explores the role of the opportunity factor,resource factor and team factor in promoting innovation performance by influencing corporate entrepreneurship.Using the questionnaire survey data of 220 enterprises for empirical text,the results show that corporate entrepreneurship has a positive impact on innovation performance;absorptive capacity,slack resources and organizational innovation climate can affect innovation performance by stimulating corporate entrepreneurship.And it further reveals three key paths to improve innovation performance by stimulating corporate entrepreneurship,namely,enhancing absorptive capacity,making rational use of slack resources,and creating a health organizational innovation climate.
