应用地特胰岛素与甘精胰岛素的2型糖尿病患者空腹血清胰岛素水平比较 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察并比较应用甘精胰岛素与地特胰岛素治疗的2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者空腹血清胰岛素及C肽(C-P)水平。方法 T2DM患者50例,随机数字法分为甘精组[甘精胰岛素联合口服降糖药(OAD)]和地特组(地特胰岛素联合OAD),依据血糖水平调整胰岛素及OAD剂量,2周后检测空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、血清胰岛素及C-P浓度,计算全天胰岛素用量。结果试验前2组在年龄、体重指数(BMI)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、FPG、2hPG、病程、空腹血清胰岛素及C-P浓度方面比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组FPG、2hPG较治疗前下降(P<0.01),2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后2组血清胰岛素水平升高(P<0.01),但地特组胰岛素水平明显高于甘精组(P<0.01);2组血清C-P浓度与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组胰岛素用量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用长效胰岛素类似物治疗的T2DM患者,空腹血清胰岛素水平升高,且应用地特胰岛素者升高明显。
