摘要
蚕丝纤维及其制品经改性处理后,其阻燃性、吸湿性和抗皱性得到很大程度的改善,已引起人们的广泛关注。从蚕丝纤维及其制品在穿着、洗涤过程中存在易泛黄、不耐磨、难打理、染色牢度欠佳等问题出发,综述了物理改性、化学改性及其与纳米颗粒共混改性在蚕丝及其制品改性中的应用,总结了各类方法对蚕丝及其制品的改性效果。分析认为:由于采用单一的改性方法目前仍难以得到性能完美的丝绸制品,未来蚕丝纤维及其制品的改性发展方向仍以多种方法相结合改性为主。
The properties of flame resistance, hygroscopicity and crease resistance of silk fiber and its products have been greatly improved after treatment with modification, which has attracted popular attention. This paper starts from the yellowing, poor wear-resistance and color fastness problems of the silk fiber and its products in the wearing and washing process to discuss the application of the physical modification, chemical modification and blending modification with nanoparticles in the modification of silk and its products, summarize the effects of various modification methods on silk fiber and its products. The results show that currently, the single modification method adopted is still difficult to obtain the silk products with perfect performance. The modification of silk fiber and its products will develop towards the combination of multi-methods in the future.
