摘要 简介蚕丝素蛋白的结构及主要成分,综述最近几十年蚕丝素蛋白在服装、化妆品、食品、医学和生物技术等方面的开发与应用。 The structure, main components of silk protein are introduced briefly. Its development and application in clothing, cosmetic, food, medicine, biological technology, and so on are reviewed.
