摘要
对于一家有着成百上千项、不同属性生产性物料的制造企业来说,如何加强供应商的管理、获得符合企业质量和数量要求的产品和服务、开发潜在的供应商,建立一套具有企业自身发展特色的供应商评价体系尤其重要,通过对供应链管理模式下的供应商评价,可以促进企业产能的不断发展,选择到优良的供应商。
For a manufacturing company of hundreds of items,the production of materials of different properties,how to strengthen the management of suppliers,access to products and services to meet enterprise quality and quantity requirements,the development of potential suppliers,to establish particularly important with their own development characteristics of the supplier evaluation system and evaluation of suppliers in supply chain management mode,you can promote the continuous development of the corporate capacity,select a good supplier.
