基于分解模型的碳生产率影响因素分析 被引量:3

摘要 本文运用分解模型对中国碳生产率的变动情况进行分析,并以2002-2011年为样本期,定量研究了技术进步、产业结构调整等因素对中国碳生产率变动的影响。研究结果表明:与产业结构调整相比,技术进步因素更能促进碳生产率的提高;在产业结构中,工业和出口贸易对碳生产率的影响相对较大。因此,优化出口结构,淘汰落后企业产能,把控制碳排放量的任务分配给地方政府都能在可预见的未来提高碳生产率。 This article selects Decomposition model to analyse the change of China's Carbon productivity,and takes 2002-2011 as a simple,quantitiatively study the effect of technological progress,industrial structure adjustment and other factors on the China carbon productivity.The research results show that,compared with the adjustment of industrial structure,technological progress factor can promote the carbon productivity;in the industrial structure,industrial and export trade impact on carbon productivity are relatively large.Therefore,the optimization of export structure,eliminate backward production capacity of enterprises,the task assigned to control carbon emissions to local governments can increase carbon productivity in the foreseeable future.
