摘要
建立医疗设备供应商管理评价体系,应用层次分析法对各指标因素的重要性进行评分,计算各自的评价权重系数并确定评价体系中每个因素的综合权重,建立了一套完整的评价指标管理体系。该体系有助于医院对设备供应商进行优劣排序与有效管理。
In order to establish a complete set of evaluation system for management of medical equipment suppliers, this paper suggests applying analytic hierarchy process （AHP） to grade the importance of each index factor, calculating weight coefifcient of each index as well as conifrming general weight of each factor in the evaluation system. The evaluation system based on AHP is important for hospital to effectively manage medical equipment suppliers.
