摘要
该文主要对近5年来有关人参皂苷Rg1(Rg1)的非心血管和神经系统药理活性的研究进展进行了综述。重点概括了Rg1增强♂性功能和雌激素样作用、免疫调节与抗炎作用、抗癌和调节葡萄糖代谢的作用,与其抗肝、肾纤维化作用的研究现状,并对其作用机制进行了分析,为深入研究与开发利用人参皂苷Rg1提供参考。
This paper reviews the research progress on the pharmacological effects of ginsenoside Rg1 on non-cardiovascular and non-central nervous systems in recent 5 years.The contents mainly include Rg1 effect on improvement male of animal sex ability,estrogen-like activities,immunomodulatory and anti-inflammatory activities,anticancer,modulating effect on glycometabolism and the anti-fibrosis effect on liver and kidney,and their possible mechanisms are discussed,which provide the theoretical basis for the further study of ginsenoside Rg1.
