摘要
目的探讨超敏C-反应蛋白(High sensitive C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)、血尿酸(Uric acid,UA)与急性脑梗死的相关性。方法对急性脑梗死组30例,及对照组30例,进行超敏C-反应蛋白和血尿酸检测。结果急性脑梗死组患者hs-CRP、UA明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。脑梗死组神经功能缺损轻、中、重型患者的UA浓度组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),中、重型患者的hs-CRP浓度分别与轻型组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 hs-CRP与缺血性脑血管病的发生和神经功能缺损程度相关,UA与缺血性脑血管病的发生有关而与神经功能缺损程度无关。
Objective To probe the correlation between the acute cerebral infarction and the levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and serum uric acid(sUA).Methods The subjects in the study were divided into 2 groups: group A,including 30 patients with acute cerebral infarction;group B,control group including 30 cases without acute cerebral infarction.The level of hs-CRP and sUA were tested in both groups.Results The levels of hs-CRP and sUA in group A were apparently higher than that in group B(P0.05).In group A,the level of sUA showed no significant difference among those with different degree of nerve function deficit(NFD).However,the level of hs-CSP revealed significant difference between the patients with medium and severe NFD and the ones with mild NFD(P0.05).Conclusion The hs-CSP is closely associated with acute cerebral infarction and severity of NFD;sUA is correlated with acute cerebral infarction but appears no relationship with severity of NFD.
