摘要
目的:探讨疏血通联合奥扎格雷钠治疗对脑血栓患者凝血功能及血液流变学的影响.方法:选取2016年1月至2017年1月我院收治的急性脑血栓患者88例为研究对象,将其按照随机数表法分为对照组(n=44)和观察组(n=44).对照组患者静脉滴注奥扎格雷钠注射液治疗,观察组患者在静脉滴注奥扎格雷钠注射液的基础上,静脉注射疏血通注射液治疗.两组患者均进行2周治疗.分析并比较两组患者治疗前、后的凝血功能及血液流变学情况.结果:经治疗后,观察组患者的纤维蛋白原、活化部分凝血活酶时间均比对照组患者低,血浆凝血酶原时间比对照组高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组患者血浆黏度、全血黏度、红细胞沉降率、血细胞比容水平更低(P<0.05).结论:针对脑血栓患者实施奥扎格雷钠联合疏血通治疗,可有效改善其凝血功能及血液流变学,促进患者脑部功能恢复,具有一定的临床推广价值.
Objective:To investigate the efects of Shuxuetong combined with ozagrel sodium on coagulation function and hemorheology in the treatment of patients with cerebral thrombosis.Methods:Eighty-eight patients with acute cerebral thrombosis treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected as the research subjects.According to a random number table method,the subjects were divided into control group(n=44)and observation group(n=44).The control group was treated by intravenous drip of Ozagrel Sodium Injection,and the observation group was treated by intravenous injection of Shuxuetong Injection combined with intravenous drip of Ozagrel Sodium Injection.Patients in both groups were treated for 2 weeks.The coagulation function and hemorheology of the two groups before and after treatment were analyzed and compared.Results:After treatment,the fibrinogen and activated partial thromboplastin time in the observation group were lower than that in the control group,and the plasma prothrombin time was higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the levels of plasma viscosity,whole blood viscosity,erythrocy to sedimentation rate and hematocrit in the observation group were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ozagrel sodium combined with Shuxuetong can effectively improve the coagulation function and hemorheology in the treatment of patients with cerebral thrombosis and promote the recovery of brain function.This combined approach has a certain role in clinical practice and is worth promoting.
