摘要
以3a生骏枣为试材,研究喷施复合叶面肥、钙肥、赤霉素对骏枣果实生长发育过程中总糖、还原糖和蔗糖积累规律的影响。结果表明,骏枣为蔗糖积累型果实;随着骏枣果实的生长发育蔗糖含量逐渐增加,蔗糖与还原糖的比值增大。复合叶面肥、钙肥、赤霉素均增加成熟期骏枣果实中总糖的含量;成熟时复合叶面肥处理的蔗糖与还原糖比值最大,为3∶1,其次是钙肥,为2.7∶1,赤霉素处理的最小,为2∶1;还原糖含量的变化复杂,赤霉素对还原糖含量的变化影响最大。喷施钙肥的果实成熟早。
Applying 3-year old Junzao jujube trees as testing materials,we researched the rule of spraying composite foliar fertilizers,calcium fertilizer,GA3 on accumulation of soluble sugar,sucrose,and reducing sugar in fruit of Junzao during the growth period.The result showed as follows: the Junzao was a type of sucrose accumulation fruit.The sucrose content gradually increased as the fruit development of Junzao.The ratio of sucrose / reducing sugar treated by composite foliar fertilizers was 3∶1,the highest in the testing treatments,and 2.7∶1 in calcium fertilizer,and 2∶1 in GA3.Changes of reducing sugar content were complex.Spraying GA3 showed the biggest effect on reducing sugar content.The fruit of spraying calcium fertilizer matured early.
