摘要
[目的]研究骏枣果实发育过程中糖积累的规律。[方法]以3年生骏枣为试材,测定果实的动态生长指标以及果实中总糖、葡萄糖、果糖、蔗糖的含量。[结果]骏枣果实生长曲线呈不明显的双"S"型。骏枣果实早期以积累葡萄糖和果糖为主,果实膨大期迅速积累蔗糖,到果实成熟时主要积累蔗糖。[结论]该研究结果为骏枣果实糖积累调控提供理论依据。
[ Objective ] The research aimed to study the sugar accumulation on the fruit growth of Zizyphus jujube ev. Jun zao. [ Method ] With 3 years Zizyphus jujube cv. Jun zao as raw material, the dynamic growth of the fruit indicators and the content of total sugar, glucose, fructose and sucrose content were measured. [ Result]The growth curve of Zizyphus jujube ev. Jun zao fruit was not obvious double ＂S＂ shape. The early stage of fruit was given priority to with accumulation of glucose and fructose ,the enlargement stage of fruit was the rapid accumulation of sugar ,the main sucrose when ripe. [ Conclusion] The results provides the theoretical basis for the sugar accumulation regulation of Zizyphus jujube cv. Jun zao fruit.
