摘要
对某电动自行车钢结构主车架进行计算机优化设计,并选用镁合金材料来减轻质量。利用拓扑优化和尺寸优化技术获得新的车架结构和管件尺寸,并进行静力分析和模态分析。与原钢架相比,优化后的镁合金主车架质量减少60%,固有频率提高。结果表明,新结构的强度和刚度达到设计要求。
The main frame of steel structure was redesigned via computer simulation optimization,and magnesium alloy was used to reduce the weight of electric bicycle.The new frame structure and tube thickness were obtained by using topology optimization and size optimization respectively.At the same time,static analysis and mode analysis of the main frame were carried out.Compared with the original steel frame,the magnesium alloy main frame after optimization has reduced the mass by 60%,the natural frequency improves greatly.The results show that the strength and the rigidity of the new structure can meet designed demand.
