摘要
分析了声表面波双模谐振二极滤波器的等效电路,提出了利用计算机优化方法设计该滤波器结构参数的模型。通过实例设计出了中心频率约114MHz、带宽24kHz、插入损耗0.39dB的二极窄带滤波器。结果表明,该方法适用于多参数、极窄带、低插人损耗的声表面波滤波器的设计。
Based on an analysis of the equivalent circuit of the two-pole SAW filter with double-mode resonator,a formation-parameter model is advanced for the on-computer optimization of its design.Trial designs of a two-pole narrow-bandpass filter with a centre frequency of about 114 MHz, bandwidth of 24 kHz and an insertion loss of 0. 39 dB show that the method is applicable to the design of multi-parameter,extra-narrow-bandpass,low-insertion-loss SAW filters.
