摘要
提出一种以状态机为控制方式的高压共轨柴油机后备判缸工作模式。针对准确性、安全性、可用性、快速性的判缸要求,以一台4缸高压共轨柴油机YN30CR为对象,研究在传感器信号正常、信号失真、信号缺失和信号扰动等情况下的判缸策略。研究了在传感器信号完全正确情况下的正常快速判缸模式与单个传感器信号有故障情况下的后备判缸模式。基于INTERCRIO-ES1000的快速原型试验结果表明:当信号发生失真或缺失等改变时,系统状态机可根据信号状态在状态机的不同状态之间转移,进行有效、安全、合理的反应。在单曲轴信号的后备判缸模式下,着火起动时间比正常信号下的着火起动时间延长30.6%~58.1%,在单凸轮轴信号下的着火起动时间比正常信号下的着火起动时间延长196.7%。
A backup position determination mode based on state machine control for high pressure common rail diesel engine was proposed.In model YN30CR,4 cylinder high pressure common rail diesel engine,aiming at requirements of accuracy,security,availability and rapidity,the position determination strategy in conditions that certain sensor signal is normal,distorted,absent and disturbed,was investigated,including the normal rapid engine position determination mode in the condition of normal sensor signals and the backup mode in the condition of certain fault sensor signal.Rapid prototype experiment result based INTERCRIO-ES1000 indicates that system state machine transfers among different states according to signal variation in the conditions of sensor signal normal,distorted,absent and disturbed,and the system makes effective,safe and rational responses.Under the backup mode with individual crankshaft signal,firing start time is longer 30.6% ~ 58.1%,and under the backup mode with individual camshaft signal,firing start time is longer 196.7% than that of normal rapid mode.
