摘要
通过大量试验检测出电控柴油机曲轴、凸轮轴磁电传感器输出的电压信号与发动机转速、传感器和触发轮间隙的关系,并从中拟合出磁电式传感器的特征。在此基础上,优化设计出基于PIC18F458的电控柴油机曲轴、凸轮轴传感器信号智能处理模块。该模块采用柔性处理技术,成功地实现了发动机判缸、转速测定、故障诊断等功能。实验证明,该模块与以前的处理模块相比,有更强的抗干扰能力,可靠性更高,可以为ECU控制程序提供更加准确可靠的转速信息。
Based on mass experiments on the sensors of camshaft and crankshaft at the environment of different engine speed and distance between the sensor and gear, the characteristic of magnetic sensor was given out. According to these characteristics, a new module based on microcontroller PIC18F458 was designed for cylinder detecting, engine speed monitor and error detecting. The tests on this module show that this module satisfied the needs for ECU or engine speed monitor.
