力竭性游泳训练对建立过度训练动物模型的作用 被引量:22

The Effect of Exhaustive Swimming Training on the Establishment of a Model for Overtraining in Rats

摘要 为了研究力竭性游泳训练对建立大鼠的过度训练模型的影响,26只SD大鼠随机分为3组:(1)对照组(n=6);(2)1h训练组(n=8),每天进行1h的游泳训练;(3)力竭性训练组(n=12),每天进行力竭性游泳训练。结果表明:8周运动训练后,力竭性训练组大鼠普遍出现了运动能力下降,体重不增加,且显著低于对照组和1h训练组;与对照组和1h训练组相比,力竭性训练组大鼠血红蛋白含量、红细胞数以及血清睾酮含量均显著下降,睾酮/皮质醇比伦比对照组下降了71.6%。从而说明:力竭性游泳训练对建立大鼠过度训练模型有着积极的作用。 In order to explore the action of exhaustive swimming on establishing a model for ovetraining in rais, 26 SD rats were divided into 3 groups by rmdom, (1) control group (n = 6). (2) 1 hour training group (n= 8), in which swimming training was conducted 1 hr ev- ery day for 8 wed. (3) Exhaustive training group (n = 12), in which exhaustive swinuning training was conducted every day for 8 weeks. The results showed: After training, the perfor- rnance of rats in exhaustive training group decreased, and the body weight didn' t increase .Compared with control and 1hr training groupe, the body weight, the concentrations of hemogglobin and serum testoserone and the RBC number of rats in exhaustive training group decreased significantly, and so did the ratio of testosterone-and cortisol. It indicated that ex-haustive swimming training had some postive action on establishing the model for overtraining in rats.
