过度训练对心肌和骨骼肌缺血缺氧改变的形态学研究 被引量:12

摘要 目的:探讨过度训练状态下心肌和骨骼肌缺血缺氧改变的形态学特点及其机制。方法:通过对大鼠进行递增负荷跑台训练建立过度训练动物模型,采用缺血缺氧特殊染色方法显示大鼠心肌和骨骼肌缺血缺氧的形态学改变。结果:过度训练大鼠心肌和骨骼肌均发生明显的缺血缺氧改变,但心肌缺血缺氧改变的程度比骨骼肌严重。结论:过度训练对心肌造成较严重的缺血缺氧改变,在运动训练中应加强对心脏的医务监督,积极预防由于过度训练造成的心肌损伤。 This paper discussed the morphologic characteristics and mechanism of ischemic and hypoxic change of cardiac and skeletal muscle under overtraining. The overtraining model was established by exhaustive treadmill training of rats. The ischemic and hypoxic morphologic change of cardiac and skeletal muscle of rats was observed by special dyeing method of ischemia and hypoxia. The result showed that there was significant change in ischemic and hypoxic change of cardiac and skeletal muscle for overtraining rats, but the degree of ischemic and hypoxic change of cardiac muscle was severe than skeletal muscle. It concluded that overtraining could induce serious impairment on cardiac muscle. It is very important to strengthen the protection of cardiac function and positively prevent cardiac injury caused by overtraining.
