低频减载装置拒动原因分析

摘要 电网的不断发展和电力市场化改革的深入对电网安全经济运行和供电质量的要求不断提高,低频减载控制作为维持电力系统稳定运行的最后一道防线,要保证电力系统在严重复杂的故障下,防止事故扩大,防止导致长时间的大范围停电。当前变电站的低频减载装置普遍配置在10 kV线路保护中,例如PSL641、RCS9611A等,
