Investigation and application of under-frequency loading shedding

摘要 低频减载控制作为维持电力系统稳定运行的最后一道防线,其研究对于当前复杂性不断提高的电力系统具有特别重要的意义。针对电力系统低频减载技术的特点、方案分类、应用现状、优化研究及各种先进算法在UFLS中的应用情况进行综合阐述。并特别关注了近年来发展出来的各种新理论、新技术及其在低频减载控制中的应用。简要地分析探讨了各种方案的特点和不足及其改进发展情况,研究了元件参数模型的变化、动态变量间的相互作用对UFLS方案设计与实施所产生的影响以及协调控制技术在UFLS中的应用。 This paper analyzes the characteristics,scheme classification,application status,optimization of power system low frequency load shedding techniques, and various advanced algorithms applied in UFLS are summarized.It briefly analyzes the characteristics of various schemes,defects and its improvement.The component parameter model, the influence of interaction of dynamic variables on the UFLS design and implementation, application of coordination and control techniques in UFLS are also studied.
