摘要
针对联合电力系统中联络线或弱联线安全稳定运行的控制问题，提出系统间交换功率及弱联线传输、功率控制的受端减载决策法。它包括反馈控制信息的定义，最佳减载节点序列的灵敏度确定法和减载控制调节增量序列的自动搜寻法。该方法在确保联络线或弱联线安全稳定运行及最优经济电能交换的同时．尽量减少切除负荷带来的社会、经济损失。
This paper presents a method maling delision of receiving side cuthing load to control tie-lines exchange poner,for tie lines selltrity and stability control in interconnectel power sysrems.It includes the defintion of feedback control information,the sensitiving callulatior for detendning the optimumseguence of culting load nodes,and the heuristic search protess to get the adjusting incren ent seguence.This method makes that the solial and elonomic loss by cuthing load is reduced down to minimum,while keeping tie-lines security and stability and ensuring economy power energyexchanging.
