摘要
采用顶空气相色谱法测定盐酸托泊替康中的残留有机溶剂。载气为氮气,检测器为FID,色谱柱为DB-624毛细管柱,柱温为55℃,检测器温度为250℃,进样口温度为250℃,测定盐酸托泊替康中甲醇、丙酮、乙腈、乙酸乙酯和二氧六环的残留量。结果显示5种溶剂达到完全分离,在考察的质量浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系,r均达到0.999,平均回收率为98.6%~99.9%。用所建立的分析方法测定盐酸托泊替康中的残留有机溶剂,结果准确、可靠。
This paper is to establish a method for the determination of residual organic solvents in topotecan hydrochloride by Headspace Gas Chromatography.The gas was N2.The residual organic solvents were determined on DB-624 capillary column with FID detector.The column temperature was 55 ℃,the detector temperature was 250 ℃ and the inlet temperature was 250 ℃.Five solvents had good resolution.The linear ranges of methanol,acetone,acetonitrile,ethyl acetate and 1,4-Dioxane were good(r=0.999).The average recoveries were 98.6%—99.9%.It is perceived that this method is simple and accurate,and it can be used for the determination of residual organic solvents in topotecan hydrochloride.
