摘要
抗肿瘤新药伊立替康是一种可溶性喜树碱类衍生物,就伊立替康的合成、作用机制、构效关系、临床应用及毒副作用等方面的研究进展进行了综述。
The new anticancer drug Irinotecan is one of the soluble derivatives of campothecin. We made a summary of the advancement in the synthesis, anticancer mechanism, structure-activity relationship, clinical application and toxicity of Irinotecan in this paper.
