摘要
职业价值观是个体在职业选择时的重要性标准,通过调查研究,发现职技高师大学生的职业价值观以保健为首选因素,其次为自我发展因素,最不注重声望地位因素;职业价值观中,不同生源的学生在声望地位和保健因素上存在显著差异,男女生在保健因素上存在显著差异,此外,在声望地位上文理科学生的差异显著。
The study sets out to examine the characteristics of vocational students＂ occupational value based on a survey with 397 students from normal vocational college. Health is reported as the top concern, self-development next, while reputation is least concerned. Meanwhile, significant differences are also found among students of different sources and background as well as in genders. Also, boys and girls have significantly different attitude towards reputation.
