摘要
以不同温度和时间对20CrMo钢表面进行了固体渗硼试验。用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对渗层横断面进行了显微组织观察,用X射线衍射仪(XRD)分析了渗层的相结构,显微硬度计测试渗层的硬度分布,并对基体及渗层进行快速磨损试验及电化学极化曲线测试。结果表明,渗硼层厚度均匀,主要由FeB和Fe2B两相组成,且渗层显微硬度值最高达1090HV0.1,有很高的耐磨及耐蚀性能。
Boride layers were prepared on 20CrMo steel by pack boronizing at different temperature for different time. Boride layer in crosssection and the phase structure were examined using scanning electron microscopy ( SEM ) and X-ray diffraction analysis ( XRD ), respectively. Microhardness measurement, rapid abrasive test and electrochemical polarization curve test were also carried out. The experimental results show that a compact boride layer of FeB and Fe2B with homogeneous thickness can be obtained. The maximum mierohardness value of the layer can reach 1090 HV0. 1. The boride layer also has good wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
