摘要
目的通过完善急救网络布局方法,制定更加科学合理的城市院前急救网络布局方案。方法建立正方形急救站服务面积模型,在现况调查的基础上进行数据分析。结果以75%救护车能够达到的平均行驶速度、8 min道路行驶时间、道路曲度系数1.6为布局参数,制定布局方案,北京市城区理论上共应规划建设200个急救站。结论北京市城区建设200个急救站,75%的救护车在执行任务时的急救呼叫反应时间能够达到12 min,接近国际发达国家水平。
Objective To improve the distribution of pre - hospital emergency network and to formulate an optimal program of first aid system in Beijing city. To define the radius and call response time of first aid so that patients could receive timely and fair treatment as needed. Methods Theoretical framework was set up for this study. The data were analyzed based on the investigation in Beijing. Results The framework was established with the average speed that 75% ambulances can reach,driving time of 8 minutes and road curvature coefficient of 1.6. Theoretically 200 first aid stations should be built in Beijing. Conclusion In Beijing, the total number of first -aid stations is 200, and the response time of 75 % ambulances is 12 minutes, close to the level of developed countries.
