摘要
武汉市急救中心于2001年开始建设通讯指挥调度系统并于同年投入运行,实现了合理规划急救网络、采取动态调度策略,提高了救护车的有效利用率。本文阐述了通讯指挥调度系统对院前急救事业带来的转变及在各类紧急救援中发挥的积极作用。
The communication - command - control system in Wuhan Emergenscy Center was constructed and used from 2001, which made the using of ambulance more effectively by programming the emergency net and using dynamic control strategy. This paper illustrats the change of pre - hospital care the system brought, and the positive role which played in all kinds of emergency relief.
