干法灰化-ICP—OES法测定奶粉中的微量元素 被引量:1

摘要 本文通:连对试验条件的优化,建立了ICP—OES同时测定奶粉中Fe、Cu、Ca、Zn、Mg5种元素的方法。结果表明:该方法相对标准偏差为0.2%-0.7%,加标回收率为91.6%-97.6%,具有检出限低、线性范围宽、精密度高,准确度好而且操作快速、简便的优点,适合奶粉中多种元素的检测。 This paper covers the simultaneous determination of Fe, Cu, Ca, Zn and Mg in the milk powder by inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectrometry. Various working parameters of the instrument are optimized and described in detail. The method relative standard deviations are in the rang of 0.2 %-0.7%, the recovery rate are in the range of 91.6 %- 97.6%.The method has the advantage of high sensitivity, wide range of linear, small distraction, good accuracy, simplicity and reacting completion. The method is fit for the determination of trace elements in the milk powder.
