摘要
对比标准加入法和标准曲线法,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)测定松茸中总砷含量。结果显示,标准曲线法和标准加入法的线性关系均良好,相关系数R2均在0.9990以上,检出限分别为0.053 ng/mL和0.037 ng/mL,定量限分别为0.176 ng/mL和0.123 ng/mL。以称取0.5 g样品,定容至50 mL计算,采用标准曲线法和标准加入法测定砷的检出限分别为0.0053 mg/kg和0.0037 mg/kg。2种方法测定松茸中总砷含量,测定结果无明显差异,相对标准偏差S_(RSD)<5%,并使用有证标准物质紫菜GBW10023进行验证,测定结果均在标准值范围内。同时,对测定过程的干扰因素进行验证,松茸中较低含量的Sm、Nd所产生的双电荷离子^(150)Sm^(++)、^(150)Nd^(++)对砷的测定无干扰。因此,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定松茸中总砷的方法准确、可靠。标准加入法作为标准曲线法的补充,可有效分析这类复杂基体样品测定的准确性。
Comparing the standard addition method with the standard curve method,the content of total arsenic in Tricholoma matsutake was determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).The results showed that the linearity of standard curve method and standard addition method was good,the correlation coefficient R2 was above 0.9990,the detection limits were 0.053 ng/mL and 0.037 ng/mL respectively,and the quantitative limits were 0.176 ng/mL and 0.123ng/m L,respectively.By weighing 0.5 g sample and measuring fixed capacity to 50 mL,the detection limit of arsenic was 0.0053 mg/kg and 0.0037 mg/kg by standard curve method and standard addition method,respectively.There was no significant difference between the two methods for the determination of total arsenic in Tricholoma matsutake,and the relative standard deviation was less than 5%.The certified reference material Porphyra GBW10023 was used for verification,and the determination results were within the range of standard values.At the same time,the interference factors in the determination process were verified.The double charged ions ^(150)Sm^(++)and ^(150)Nd^(++)produced by the low content of Sm and Nd in Tricholoma matsutake had no interference with the determination of arsenic.Therefore,the determination of total arsenic in Tricholoma matsutake by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was accurate and reliable.As a supplement to the standard curve method,the standard addition method could effectively analyze the accuracy of this kind of complex matrix samples.
