摘要
目的评价阿魏酸钠片对偏头痛的治疗效果。方法 86例偏头痛患者按照就诊顺序分为治疗组(42例)和对照组(44例)。治疗组给予阿魏酸钠片,每天3次,每次2粒(共100 mg),饭后口服,连用2个月;对照组氟桂利嗪胶囊每晚服1粒(5 mg),治疗2个月。记录患者偏头痛发作频率和发作持续时间,停药后仍有阳性结果的持续时间。结果阿魏酸钠片较氟桂利嗪减少偏头疼发作频率和每月头痛发作持续时间,停药后仍具有阳性结果的持续时间更长(P<0.05)。结论阿魏酸钠片较氟桂利嗪减少偏头痛发作频率和严重程度具有更持久的作用。
Objective To evaluate the clinical outcome of sodium ferulate tablets on migraine.Methods 86 cases of out-patients with migraine were divided into the treatment group（n=40） and control group（n=42）.In treatment group,the patients were treated with oral sodium ferulate tablets,2 pills（100 mg）,3 times daily after meals;in control group,the patients were treated with Flunarizine（Sibelium） 5 mg quaque nocte for 2 months.The frequency and duration of migraine were analyzed before and after treatment,and duration of positive results after withdraw of drugs also recorded.Results The frequency and duration decreased in treatment group compared to those in control group.The positive results remained longer in the treatment group（P0.05）.Conclusion Sodium ferulate tablets could ameliorate the migraine frequency and duration,and it has longer effect on migraine.
