摘要
为满足工业实现清洁生产和产品质量持续升级的要求为目标,FRIPP(中石化抚顺石油化工研究院)积极致力于加氢裂化催化剂的开发,催化剂更新换代速度和技术水平不断提高,针对特定用户,"量体裁衣"地开发加氢裂化催化剂。通过催化新材料开发、新技术和新方法的使用,提高了对加氢金属的掌控能力和对酸性载体性能的认知能力,制备出了加氢活性中心和裂化活性中心匹配更加合理的新一代高性能加氢裂化催化剂FC-32、FC-34、FC-46和FC-50等。
To meet the goal of the industrial clean fuels production and products quality upgrading, FRIPP (Fushun research institute of petroleum and petrochemicals, SINOPEC) , actively devoted itself to develop new generation of hydrocracking catalysts. Through the exploitation of new materials and the use of new technologies and methods, FRIPP enhanced the ability to master hydrogenation metal and cognize performance of acidic carrier, then prepared new generation of high performance hydrocracking catalysts with reasonable 'matching of hydrogenation activity sites and cracking activity sites, such as FC-32,FC-34,FC-46 and FC-50 catalysts.
