摘要
某公司加氢裂化装置自2019年4月20日检修开工以来,一直处于低负荷运行,随着原料中催化裂化柴油比例的提高,重石脑油氮质量分数逐渐增加,超过了指标(0.5μg/g)。通过对装置物料互串、反应深度、回流罐界位、氮化物分析等排查发现:水溶性分馏缓蚀剂的发泡性和油溶性对重石脑油氮含量有直接影响。通过采取降低缓蚀剂配液浓度,减少缓试剂注入量的措施后,装置重石脑油氮含量合格。
The hydrocracking unit of a company has been in low load operation since its maintenance on April 20,2019.With the increase of the proportion of FCC diesel in the feedstock of hydrocracking unit,the nitrogen content in heavy naphtha increased,exceeding 0.5μg/g.After the investigation of various possible causes,it had been found that:the foaming and oil solubility of fractionation inhibitor are the direct influence on the nitrogen content of heavy naphtha.By reducing the concentration and the injection amount of inhibitor solution,the nitrogen in heavy naphtha was controlled below 0.5μg/g on June 13,2019.
