摘要 以伊朗VGO油为原料,在200 mL小型加氢装置上,采用单段一次通过流程,进行了FC-28单段加氢裂化催化剂反应性能评价及工艺条件考察.结果表明:FC-28催化剂中油选择性高、活性好,FC-28催化剂达到ICR-142催化剂水平.产品是优质的石脑油、3#喷气燃料、轻柴油和尾油.在400~3000 h的稳定性考察中,反应温度仅提升3℃,各产品收率变化不大,表明FC-28催化剂具有良好的稳定性;FC-28催化剂对工艺条件变化适应性强,温度、空速、氢油比对产品分布有显著的影响. The reaction properties of FC-28 catalyst is evaluated by a single stage once through operation in the 200 mL small scale hydrocracking unit and VGO feedstock and etc.. Process conditions were also investigated. The results indicated that the catalyst has high middle distillate selectivity and reactivity activity. The catalyst's performance reached the level of the ICR-142 catalyst. The products are high quality naphtha, 3# jet fuel, light diesel and tail oilcan. In the investigation of 400 h to 3000 h, the temperature only increase 3°C, the yields of product remains unchanged, which shows that FC-28 catalyst has the good stability. The reaction condition (including temperature, space velocity, ratio of H2 to oil) has great effect on the product distribution.
