摘要
基于问卷调查,总结杭州市创意人才生存特点与问题,从创意教育、政策、企业人才管理以及大众理解度和社会接受度等方面分析其影响因素,提出促进杭州市创意人才发展的对策。
On the basis of the investigation, this article summarizes the living situation of creative talent of Hangzhou, and analyzes the affecting factors from some sides about creative education, government policy, talent management of enterprises, public comprehension and acceptance, and so on. Then this article gives four countermeasures to promote the development of creative talent.
