摘要
人才聚集既可能产生1+1>2的经济性效应,也可能产生1+1<2的不经济性效应。人才聚集效应与聚集区域的文化特质有非常密切的关系,故在研究人才聚集效应时,区域文化适应性问题也是一个值得研究的重要内容。在给出区域文化适应性的内涵和特征的基础上,分析了区域文化适应性与人才聚集效应的关系及其二者的相互作用机理,提出了区域文化适应性建设及人才聚集效应产生与提升的建议。
The comprehensive effect of the talent mass phenomenon maybe positive (1 + 1〉2), or negative (1+1〈2). There are inter-relation between the effects of talents mass and regional culture. Therefore, the adaptability of regional culture is an important issue of the effects of talents mass. On the basis of the connotation and characteristics of the adaptability of regional culture, the article analyzes the interrelation between the effects of talents mass and regional culture and the mechanism of them. Finally, the essay gives some advice on constructing the adaptability of regional culture and producing and strengthening the effects of talents mass.
