摘要
多糖的定义、构成及范围较复杂,其测定方法目前还没有国标,文献报道的方法基本上是苯酚—硫酸法和蒽酮—硫酸法,但是试验中存在重现性差的缺陷。根据"粗多糖=总糖-还原糖"的原理推导出"活性多糖=总糖-可溶糖-淀粉"新测定方法,解决了重现性差的问题。
The much definition of sugar,composing and ranges are all more complicated,the measuring method of much sugar still has no country mark so far,the cultural heritage reports of the method is basically the benzene phenol-sulfuric acid law and the law of Mao Tong-sulfuric acid,but exist to re-appear the bug that sex differs in the test.Deduced a new measuring method of ＂much more live sugar = total carbohydrate-can dissolve sugar-starch＂ to clinch to re-appear the problem that sex differs according to the priniple of ＂much thicker sugar = total sugar-Reducing Sugar＂.
